The hpPCR Human Sample ID & Integrity Panel provides high-confidence sample identification, authentication, and mixture analysis using 44 highly discriminatory indel loci and two sex markers. Approximately 100 target sequences are analyzed in a single hpPCR reaction to generate a unique molecular fingerprint, with theoretical random match probabilities below 10⁻¹⁸ across evaluated population groups. Molecular counting provides quantitative allele information for genotype calling and enables detection of minor contributors down to 1–2%. The panel delivers analysis-ready results within one working day without capillary electrophoresis,
sequencing, or a bioinformatics pipeline. Find more details and technical performance data in the panel document.
